Party Bus Rentals in Irvington
Newarkpartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website — not a bus company, not a motor carrier. It doesn't own vehicles or provide transportation directly. What it does is make finding the right bus for your group fast and genuinely easy: fill out one short form or call 862-418-4250, and you'll be able to compare vehicles, amenities, and rates from transportation companies serving Irvington, Newark, and all of Essex County in under a minute.
That distinction is actually great news for you. Because this site isn't tied to a single fleet, you're never stuck with whatever one company happens to have available on your date. Instead, you get to see options — different vehicle types, different price points, different amenity sets — side by side, so you can find what actually fits your trip.
Whether you need a 15-passenger party bus for a birthday night in the Ironbound or a full 56-seat charter bus for a corporate shuttle between Irvington and Midtown Manhattan, the comparison is instant and the quote is free. No account required.
Bus Rentals for Irvington Groups

Common Irvington Party Bus and Charter Bus Amenities
Not every Irvington group trip calls for the same ride. A 15- to 50-passenger party bus typically comes with wraparound perimeter seating, color-changing LED lighting, a premium Bluetooth sound system, flat-panel TVs, and a full-length bar area — ideal for a birthday night through Newark's Ironbound District or a bachelorette crawl ending in Hoboken. Minibuses are the practical pick for corporate shuttles and wedding guest loops, with reclining seats, powerful climate control, and overhead storage.
For longer hauls — say, a group heading down to Atlantic City or up to a Hudson Valley winery — a 40–56 passenger charter bus adds undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms, so the trip doesn't stop every hour. Amenities vary by vehicle and availability, but the quote form lets you filter by what your group actually needs.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats
AUX / Bluetooth Sound System
LED and Fiber Optic Lighting
Built-in Bar Areas With Ice Storage and Cup Holders
TVs and Entertainment Systems
Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. To confirm the exact amenities included with a specific vehicle offered for your trip, call 862-418-4250 before booking.
Irvington Party Bus Rental Prices
Irvington party bus rental prices shift based on vehicle size, the day of the week, how many hours you need, and how far out your date falls. As a planning baseline: a 15-passenger party bus runs roughly $200–$350 per hour on weekdays and $250–$350 on weekends. A 25-passenger party bus lands around $250–$375 per hour on weekends.
A 56-passenger charter bus generally comes in at $200–$350 per hour regardless of day. A minibus for a corporate shuttle or wedding loop typically runs $200–$275 per hour on weekdays.
Those are planning ranges — your quote will move with your specific date, itinerary, and the vehicles available through the network on that day. The fastest way to get pricing for your trip is to call 862-418-4250 or use the online form. Either way, you'll have pricing in about a minute.
Check the party bus prices page for more detail on what affects the final rate.

Stop Calling Around — Compare Irvington Party Buses Here
The traditional way to book group transportation means calling five or six companies individually, describing your trip each time, waiting on callbacks, and then trying to make sense of quotes that never quite use the same format. Newarkpartybuscompany.com replaces all of that with one form and instant comparison. You enter your trip details once — date, group size, pickup and drop-off — and you get options. Different buses, different prices, different vehicle amenities, all in one place.
Because the site connects to a network of independently owned transportation companies rather than a single fleet, supply is never artificially constrained. If one company is booked on your date, there are others. That matters most during Essex County's busiest booking windows — prom season in May, MetLife Stadium event dates, New Year's Eve — when a single-fleet company might tell you they're sold out while a broader network still has availability.
And help is always one call away. Agents are available at 862-418-4250 every day to talk through vehicle options, put together custom itineraries, and answer every question — no hold music, no callbacks, no obligation to book.
Group Transportation Services for Irvington Events
Whatever brings a group together in Irvington or greater Essex County, there's a vehicle in the network ready for it. From airport transfers and concert shuttles to wedding transportation, prom night, game-day charters, and corporate event shuttles — call 862-418-4250 and get your group moving.

Irvington Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) sits roughly 4 miles east of Irvington — close enough that groups assume the logistics are simple. They're usually not. EWR is one of the three busiest airports in the metro, and commercial ground transportation pickup follows specific terminal protocols that catch first-timers off guard.
At Terminal B, buses and vans use the designated bus/van curb on the lower arrivals roadway. Terminal A and Terminal C each have separate commercial vehicle staging areas. The key rule at EWR: have your full group assembled with luggage in hand before calling for the vehicle — the commercial lanes move quickly and staging time is limited.
For Irvington groups flying out, a minibus or charter bus handles the full group in one trip instead of a caravan of cars circling the departures level. For cruise groups connecting through EWR to Bayonne's Cape Liberty Cruise Port, a charter bus handles the full run — terminal to pier — without transfers. Review the EWR airport transportation page and check the full EWR shuttle guide before your travel date.

Irvington Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
The obvious play for an Irvington bachelorette or bachelor night is Newark's Ironbound District — a dense stretch of Ferry Street restaurants and bars where a group can move from dinner at Seabra's Marisqueira to drinks at Casa Vasca without anyone worrying about who's driving back to Irvington at midnight. The problem is that Ferry Street is narrow, parking enforcement in the Ironbound on weekend evenings is active, and a group of 20 trying to rideshare back across the Turnpike interchange at 1 AM is a logistical mess.
A 20- or 25-passenger party bus rental keeps the whole group together from the Irvington pickup to the last stop, with LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, and the energy of the night built into the ride itself — not just the destination. For groups wanting to push into Hoboken or Jersey City after the Ironbound, the bus handles the Lincoln Highway connection without everyone splitting into separate rideshares. Call 862-418-4250 to compare vehicles and pricing for your night.

Irvington Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Essex County has a large and active quinceañera and Sweet 16 event scene, and Irvington sits right in the middle of it. Banquet halls along Springfield Avenue and Clinton Avenue host these celebrations regularly, and the guest lists that come with them — extended family, school friends, neighborhood groups — routinely exceed what a few personal vehicles can move cleanly. A 25- or 40-passenger birthday party bus handles the full guest transport in one trip, with LED lighting and wraparound seating that makes the arrival as memorable as the venue.
For adult milestone birthdays heading into Newark for dinner and nightlife — or over to Hoboken's Washington Street bar corridor — the same logic applies: one bus, one pickup plan, nobody worrying about parking or a sober designated driver. Pricing for a weekend evening party bus runs roughly $275–$500 per hour depending on vehicle size and availability. That's a planning range; the real number comes from the quote form or a quick call to 862-418-4250.

Irvington Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Irvington sits minutes from two of New Jersey's major concert venues, and both of them punish groups who try to sort out transportation after the show. Prudential Center (25 Lafayette St, Newark, NJ 07102) hosts arena-level touring acts year-round, with a seated capacity of about 16,500 for hockey and up to 19,500 for concerts in full end-stage configuration — and almost no convenient parking immediately surrounding the arena on Lafayette Street. On sold-out nights, rideshare pickup queues on Mulberry Street back up fast, and getting 20 people into enough cars to reach Irvington after a 10:30 PM show is a genuine scramble.
A charter bus or minibus drops the group at the arena entrance and stages nearby for pickup, so there's one departure point and no one splitting off.
PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel is about 35 miles south — doable, but I-287 and the Garden State Parkway southbound back up hard on amphitheater nights, and the venue's lot empties in waves. A party bus turns the ride home into part of the evening. See concert bus rental options and call 862-418-4250 to lock in your date.
Check the Prudential Center bus guide and the PNC Bank Arts Center guide for venue-specific drop-off details.

Irvington Corporate Event Transportation
Irvington's position at the intersection of Clinton Avenue and Springfield Avenue — and its proximity to both I-78 and Route 21 — makes it a natural staging point for corporate shuttles heading into Newark's business core or out to suburban campuses in Parsippany and Florham Park. The problem is that Route 21 northbound into downtown Newark clogs up reliably during morning rush, and parking near Newark Penn Station or the Prudential Center arena district runs $20–$35 per day in surface lots.
A minibus shuttle eliminates both: your employees board in Irvington on a fixed schedule, skip the Route 21 crawl as a passenger rather than behind the wheel, and arrive at 1 Gateway Center or the NJPAC district without hunting for a space. For conferences at the New Jersey Convention and Exposition Center in Edison — about 20 miles south via the Turnpike — a charter bus keeps the full team together on one departure. Corporate event transportation quotes are free; call 862-418-4250 any time.

Irvington Private Event Transportation Services
Private group events in Irvington — family reunions, church anniversary celebrations, community organization outings — often span multiple stops across Essex County and sometimes into Hudson or Union County, which is exactly when a single charter bus earns its keep. Instead of coordinating a 10-car caravan from Irvington to, say, Branch Brook Park and then on to a banquet hall in East Orange, one vehicle keeps every guest on the same schedule with zero stragglers.
For large gatherings that span an entire day — a weekend church retreat up to the Delaware Water Gap, a family reunion that hits three parks and ends at a restaurant in the Ironbound — a 40–56 passenger charter bus with undercarriage storage handles luggage, gifts, and equipment without anybody playing Tetris in a sedan trunk. Private event transportation quotes take about a minute to pull. Call 862-418-4250 or use the form to get started.

Irvington Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in Essex County runs from late April through late May, and Irvington High School's prom typically falls in that same window alongside Columbia High in Maplewood, Millburn High, and a dozen other nearby schools — all competing for the same vehicles on the same Saturday nights. That supply crunch is real. A party bus that costs $275–$375 per hour in October might be harder to find at any price the week before prom if you wait too long.
For prom groups: book by January. That's not a soft suggestion — it's the difference between getting the bus your group wants and calling in March to find out the 30-passenger options are already gone. Newarkpartybuscompany.com connects you to a network of companies rather than one fleet, which improves availability, but the peak dates still fill. Homecoming and prom transportation quotes are free; call 862-418-4250 now and get your date on the calendar.

Irvington School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Irvington Township's schools draw on a dense urban district where coordinating field trip transportation means navigating Board of Education logistics, tight school-day schedules, and venues that aren't always close. Branch Brook Park — the largest county park in New Jersey and home to the country's largest cherry blossom collection each April — is under 6 miles from Irvington's core and a natural first field trip. The Newark Museum of Art (49 Washington St, Newark, NJ 07102) is roughly 3 miles east on Springfield Avenue and runs school group programs with advance registration.
For longer runs — Liberty Science Center in Jersey City or the New Jersey State Aquarium in Camden — a charter bus with onboard restrooms keeps the schedule intact without roadside stops eating into the itinerary. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network; mention that when requesting your quote. School and field trip transportation quotes are free at 862-418-4250.

Irvington Sporting Event Transportation
MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford is roughly 18 miles northeast of Irvington — a drive that looks simple on a map and turns into a 90-minute ordeal on Giants or Jets game days when Route 3 backs up from the Meadowlands Sports Complex entrance. The stadium's rideshare zone is in Lot G off Paterson Plank Road, a genuine walk from the gate, and parking in the surrounding lots runs $40–$50 cash or pre-paid. A charter bus or party bus drops your group at the designated bus lot, and everyone walks in together instead of meeting in a parking field after sitting in separate cars for an hour.
Red Bull Arena in Harrison (600 Cape May St, Harrison, NJ 07029) is a smarter, closer call — about 5 miles from Irvington — and NYCFC and NYRB matches sell out regularly. The Harrison PATH station is right outside the arena, but a 20-person group moving on transit means coordinating schedules and standing in packed cars. A sporting event charter bus solves that.
Check the MetLife Stadium bus guide and the Red Bull Arena guide for venue-specific drop-off detail, then call 862-418-4250.

Irvington Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Irvington and the surrounding Essex County towns draw wedding receptions to a range of venues — from banquet halls along Chancellor Avenue to historic estates in nearby Short Hills and Montclair. The coordination challenge is the same everywhere: guests coming from different Newark and Irvington addresses, some without cars, all needing to arrive at the same ceremony space at the same time and then move again to the reception. A wedding shuttle bus run in loops between a hotel block and the venue handles that cleanly without asking any guest to navigate unfamiliar roads in formal wear.
For the bridal party itself, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the pre-ceremony run with premium leather, tinted windows, and enough space for dresses, bouquets, and the chaos that comes with them. Wedding weekend logistics in Essex County get complicated fast — the earlier the transportation is locked in, the fewer variables you're managing on the actual day. Call 862-418-4250 to get a quote and talk through timing.

Irvington Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
New Jersey's wine country is closer to Irvington than most people realize. Unionville Vineyards in Ringoes (9 Rocktown Road, Ringoes, NJ 08551) is roughly 45 miles southwest — a straight shot down Route 78 West — and Four JG's Orchards & Vineyards in Colts Neck is about 35 miles southeast. Both do weekend tastings and group events, and neither has meaningful public transportation access.
A minibus or charter bus handles the full round trip, so the group isn't splitting across two cars or stuck behind the wheel for a wine tasting.
For a Newark-area pub crawl, the Ironbound's Ferry Street corridor and Newark's growing craft beer scene — including Redd's Biergarten near Mulberry Street — give a party bus route real shape. The bus stages between stops, keeps the group together, and means nobody's calculating surge pricing at 11 PM. Winery tour and pub crawl transportation quotes are free at 862-418-4250.

Frequently Asked Questions About Irvington Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Newarkpartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Newarkpartybuscompany.com?
Newarkpartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation. It's not a bus company and it doesn't own or operate vehicles. The site lets you fill out one form and compare party buses, charter buses, minibuses, and Sprinter vans from independently owned transportation companies serving Irvington, Newark, and greater Essex County — all in one place, with no account required and no obligation to book.

Enter your trip details — date, group size, pickup and drop-off locations — into the online quote form or call 862-418-4250. You'll be able to compare available vehicles, see pictures, and review pricing from companies serving your area. If you want help narrowing it down, agents are available every day to walk through the options and build a package that fits your group and your budget.
How much does a party bus cost in Irvington?
Irvington party bus rental prices vary by vehicle size, day of the week, and how many hours you need. As rough planning ranges: a 20-passenger party bus runs about $250–$350 per hour on weekdays and $275–$350 on weekends. A 30-passenger party bus lands around $300–$425 per hour on weekends.
A minibus for a corporate or wedding shuttle typically runs $200–$275 per hour on weekends. The price for your specific date and itinerary comes from the quote form or a call to 862-418-4250 — either way, you'll have pricing in about a minute. Visit the pricing page for a fuller breakdown.
Can I get a party bus from Irvington to Atlantic City?
Yes — and a charter bus is the right vehicle for it. Atlantic City is roughly 90 miles south of Irvington, about a 1.5–2 hour trip via the Garden State Parkway depending on traffic. A 40–56 passenger charter bus with onboard restrooms makes the run comfortably without stopping.
Group trips to AC are one of the most common long-distance bookings in the Newark area, and the per-person math works out significantly better than renting a fleet of cars and paying for parking near the boardwalk. Check the Atlantic City bus guide for specifics on the route and drop-off points, then call 862-418-4250 for a quote.
What's the best vehicle for a group of 15–20 people from Irvington?
For a group that size heading to a concert at Prudential Center, a birthday night in the Ironbound, or a sporting event at MetLife, a 20-passenger party bus is usually the right fit — enough room to be comfortable without paying for seats you're not filling. If the trip is more practical (airport run, wedding shuttle, corporate event), a 15–35 passenger minibus gives you the capacity without the party bus amenities you might not need. If you're unsure, call 862-418-4250 — an agent can match the vehicle to your actual itinerary in a few minutes.
Does the network serve destinations outside New Jersey?
Yes. Transportation companies in the network serve trips across state lines — New York City, Philadelphia, and destinations throughout the Northeast are common runs. For Irvington groups heading into Manhattan, the Lincoln Tunnel approach on Route 1&9 is the standard route, though tunnel congestion on weekday mornings and weekend evenings can add significant time.
A charter bus handles that wait without anyone at the wheel stressing the drive. For any multi-state trip, call 862-418-4250 so an agent can confirm coverage and put together an accurate quote.
Is there parking near Prudential Center for a charter bus?
Parking near Prudential Center in downtown Newark is limited and event-night pricing in the surrounding decks and surface lots can run $20–$40. Charter buses and commercial vehicles generally use the designated loading areas on Lafayette Street and the surrounding blocks — specific staging zones depend on the event. The practical advantage of a charter bus at Prudential Center is that it drops your group at the arena door and returns for pickup rather than sitting in a paid lot for three hours.
See the Prudential Center bus guide for more on drop-off logistics.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Irvington trips, booking 4–8 weeks out gives you solid vehicle selection and competitive pricing. For high-demand dates — prom weekends in May, MetLife Stadium playoff games, New Year's Eve, and the stretch around Newark's summer festivals — 3–6 months is a smarter window. The network's multi-company structure helps with availability, but peak dates still fill.
The earlier you lock in your date, the better your options and the less you'll pay compared to a last-minute booking. Call 862-418-4250 as soon as your date is confirmed.
Popular Irvington Party Bus Destinations
Irvington's location in central Essex County puts it within easy range of Newark's major venues, Hudson County's nightlife corridors, the Meadowlands complex, and New Jersey's wine country. Here's what to know about getting a group to the destinations Irvington residents book most.

Prudential Center
Prudential Center (25 Lafayette St, Newark, NJ 07102) is the anchor of Newark's downtown entertainment district, hosting the New Jersey Devils NHL season, Seton Hall men's basketball, and a year-round concert calendar that draws major touring acts. Seated capacity runs about 16,500 for hockey and up to 19,500 for concerts in full end-stage configuration. The arena sits in Newark's central business district, where weeknight event parking is scarce within a few blocks and surface lot rates climb on weekend nights.
Rideshare pickup after a sold-out Devils game backs up on Mulberry Street, with groups of 15–20 waiting 20–30 minutes for enough cars to arrive. A charter bus or minibus drops your group on Lafayette Street and returns for a coordinated pickup — one departure, no scramble. Check the full Prudential Center transportation guide for current drop-off protocols.
Phone: (973) 757-6000

New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC)
New Jersey Performing Arts Center (1 Center St, Newark, NJ 07102) sits two blocks from Prudential Center and programs everything from Broadway touring productions to jazz, orchestral performances, and comedy. NJPAC draws a different crowd than an arena show — often older, often arriving from suburban Essex and Union County towns, often less familiar with downtown Newark's parking grid. The closest surface lots fill quickly on performance nights, and the surrounding streets around Center Street and Park Place see congestion as curtain time approaches.
A minibus loop from Irvington or South Orange directly to the NJPAC entrance eliminates the parking math entirely for a group heading to an evening performance. See the NJPAC transportation guide for drop-off specifics. Phone: (973) 642-8989

MetLife Stadium
MetLife Stadium (1 MetLife Stadium Dr, East Rutherford, NJ 07073) is home to the Giants and Jets and hosts major concerts — Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, international soccer — that draw 82,500 fans and transform the Route 3/New Jersey Turnpike interchange into a parking lot hours before kickoff. From Irvington, the standard approach is Route 21 North to the Turnpike or direct to Route 3 West, but the final 3–5 miles on Route 3 into the Meadowlands Sports Complex can take 45–90 minutes on event nights. Rideshare pickup is in Lot G, a substantial walk from the stadium gates, and lot parking runs $40–$50 with pre-purchase often required.
A charter bus parks in the designated commercial vehicle area and does the Route 3 crawl so your group doesn't have to steer through it. Read the MetLife Stadium bus guide before your visit. Phone: (201) 559-1515

Branch Brook Park
Branch Brook Park (Lake Street, Newark, NJ 07104) is Essex County's flagship public park — 360 acres stretching from Belleville through Newark's North Ward, designed by the Olmsted Brothers and home to more than 5,000 cherry blossom trees, the largest such collection in the United States. The annual Cherry Blossom Festival in April draws tens of thousands of visitors across several weekends, turning Lake Street and the surrounding residential streets into gridlock and eliminating any meaningful parking within a half-mile of the blossoms. For school groups and family outings from Irvington, a minibus handles the 3-mile run cleanly and drops at the park's main Lake Street entrance without the parking hunt.
For corporate or community events using the park's pavilion spaces, a charter bus consolidates the full group into one arrival. Phone: (973) 268-3500

Red Bull Arena
Red Bull Arena (600 Cape May St, Harrison, NJ 07029) is roughly 5 miles east of Irvington via Route 21 and the Harrison Avenue Bridge — on paper, a quick trip. On match nights when the New York Red Bulls or NYCFC host a sold-out MLS game, the Harrison Avenue corridor backs up and street parking in Harrison fills before kickoff. The Harrison PATH station places the arena within transit reach, but a group of 15–25 moving on PATH means standing in packed cars on the Journal Square–33rd Street line and managing everyone's timing at Harrison station.
A party bus or minibus rental keeps the group together, drops curbside on Cape May Street, and stages for pickup after the final whistle. See the Red Bull Arena bus guide for current drop-off logistics. Phone: 862-418-4250

American Dream Mall
American Dream (1 American Dream Way, East Rutherford, NJ 07073) is one of the largest entertainment and retail complexes in the country, second in size only to Mall of America — with an indoor ski slope, waterpark, NHL-sized ice rink, Nickelodeon Universe theme park, and hundreds of retail tenants spread across roughly 3 million square feet. From Irvington, the drive is 17–19 miles northeast via Route 21 and Route 3, but American Dream's own parking structure (paid, multi-level) and the surrounding Meadowlands traffic make self-drive group trips genuinely inefficient. For youth groups, church outings, or large family trips, a charter bus or minibus drops at the complex's main bus entrance and picks up at a coordinated time — no one gets separated in a 3-million-square-foot building trying to find the car.
Check the American Dream transportation guide before your visit. Phone: (201) 842-5000
